Laser Material Passport
Know what is on the shelf.
Capture supplier labels and material identity, give each record a shop code, print a compact QR label, retrieve it offline, append historical job observations, and export a verified archive when the library needs to move.
Shelf workflow
Fast enough for the handoff.
Material Passport is designed around the moment a shop receives, labels, uses, and later needs to identify a sheet or remnant.
Capture once
Save a supplier label photo, identity, shop code, lot, dimensions, notes, and tags in one local passport.
Retrieve offline
Print a small QR label containing only a local record identifier, then scan it at the shelf or machine.
Keep history
Append operator, machine, date, result, settings, and result photos as historical observations without overwriting the passport.
Portable by default
Back up without an account.
Export JSON records, human-readable CSV, attachment assets, and a manifest with SHA-256 checksums. Imports validate schema, paths, references, and conflicts before changing the library.
Clear boundary
Records, not recommendations.
The app does not decide whether a material is laser-safe and does not recommend power, speed, passes, air assist, ventilation, or other settings. Confirm suitability with the supplier and your shop’s safety process.
Free + Pro
