The quickest way to get help is to include your device model, iOS version, app version, language, and the steps that led to the problem. The in-app envelope button prepares much of that context for you.
Mods and imports
DeCiv loads Unciv-format mod data. If a mod fails, include its repository or archive source, the ruleset name, and the first visible error. Do not send private files unless support asks for a specific diagnostic export.
Gameplay or performance
Tell us which screen, ruleset, map size, and device were involved. For crashes, include the steps to reproduce and whether the issue survives a fresh game.
Purchases and icons
Use Restore purchases in the support sheet after signing into the same Apple Account used for the purchase. Support purchases do not change the rules, saves, mods, multiplayer, or core gameplay.
