Rocket Lab is an offline rocket-design and flight-learning app. This policy explains what the app accesses, stores, and does not collect.

On-device projects and calculations

Rocket projects, imported motor curves, simulation results, and settings are stored locally on your device. The flight model and supported file parsers run on-device. Rocket Lab does not require an account or send project files to Cognerva.

Files and exports

You can choose a file in iOS Files or another document provider and choose where to share a project, motor, result, CSV, JSON, or image. The file leaves the app only when you choose a sharing destination; that destination’s privacy practices then apply.

No analytics, advertising, or tracking

The app is designed without advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or third-party tracking systems. We do not sell your designs or use them for advertising.

Network use

The core build, import, simulation, and library workflows work offline. If you open a product, support, privacy, or source link, your browser and that destination handle the connection outside the calculation workflow.

Your control

Choose whether and where to import or share a file.
Delete Rocket Lab to remove its local app data.
