PhotoShelf brings native Apple Photos and supported remote folders into one calm gallery. Remote files stay clearly remote until you explicitly import them, and every transfer has a verification boundary.

Browse Photos assets, albums, videos, and Live Photos with a familiar iPhone and iPad layout.
Private shelves
Connect local folders, WebDAV/HTTPS sources, or server folders mounted by an iOS Files provider without a PhotoShelf account or hosted media library.
Verified bridge
Preview imports and exports, preserve paired Live Photos when both resources validate, and review conflicts before changing originals.
Local-first
Your files stay yours.
Credentials are stored in Keychain. Caches and the sync journal stay on the device. Remote originals remain on the source you chose.
Current boundary
Evidence before promises.
Local-folder and WebDAV/HTTPS adapters are implemented directly. FTP, FTPS, SFTP, SMB, and NFS are available through the iOS Files provider; the provider owns protocol credentials and negotiation while PhotoShelf applies its verified browse and transfer contract.
