Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 18, 2026

AeroGlide is an iOS flight simulator. This policy explains what the app accesses, stores, and does not collect. AeroGlide is designed to keep flight settings, imported files, and local records on your device.

Local settings and imported files

AeroGlide stores settings, progression counters, saved flights, replay records, and imported aircraft or scenery in the app's local storage. Files are read from iOS Files only when you choose an import. The app does not upload, host, browse, proxy, or redistribute community files. You control deletion through the app or by deleting the app's local data.

Network flight

Optional multiplayer uses the iOS local-network permission to connect to a host or peer that you choose. Flight-session data is exchanged with those peers for the session; Cognerva does not operate a flight-data collection service for AeroGlide.

Purchases

Optional AeroGlide Pro purchases are processed by Apple's App Store and StoreKit. AeroGlide receives the entitlement result needed to unlock the app's features, but it does not receive your payment card details. Restore Purchases uses Apple's account and purchase services. Family Sharing availability follows Apple's rules for the product.

Diagnostics

AeroGlide registers for Apple's MetricKit diagnostic and performance callbacks. Apple makes those diagnostics available to the developer in Xcode Organizer; AeroGlide does not run a separate analytics or crash reporting service and does not attach flight files or account profiles to diagnostic reports.

No account, ads, or tracking

AeroGlide does not require a Cognerva account and does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or third-party tracking systems. Apple services such as App Store purchases and local-network permission remain governed by Apple's own terms and privacy practices.
